Heal(-thy) Self

It's Wednesday, March 3: 03.03.20.21...looks like a repetitive countdown, huh?

3x3, 2x2, 1x1.

It's an '11' day, numerologically (or yes, '2,' although I like to claim those Master Numbers!)

and biodynamically, it's a 'flower' day: eat some broccoli, cauliflower, or drink chamomile tea!

I'm quite pleased to have finished labeling the various tonics and serums from this past weekend.

Perhaps you're already well aware of the benefits of CBD oil. We have cannabinoid receptors throughout our body and the endocannabinoid system plays a major role in the nervous system’s normal function.

With everyone's nerves on edge, I was thrilled to experiment creating this 'tonic', when Brigham shared some dried hemp.

I had to learn about decarboxylation, which was straightforward; the process of heating the hemp in quality olive oil on the woodstove.

This happened for a few days, as medicinal benefits increase with time.

Then, I carefully strained it and added a few other essential oils, which assist the nervous system on multiple levels.

Pink Pepper: to support intrinsic equality and neutralize judgements (self and others)

Clove Bud: to neutralize victim mentality, defeatism, and encourage empowerment

Copaiba: to increase self-awareness and sense of worth

Wild Orange: to inspire abundance, foster creativity, and encourage positivity

Rosemary: to support adaptability, transition, and trust

Ginger: to encourage presence and participation in life....

....and:

Zendocrine (a blend of Tangerine, Rosemary, Geranium, Juniper Berry, and Cilantro): to neutralize limiting beliefs and stimulate vitality.

Sounds pretty yum, huh?

Actually, it is quite lovely.

Since all stress might not leave our lives, we can at least mitigate and improve the way we respond.

I have a few bottles for sale, so let me know if you are interested; those who have tried it have been pretty enthusiastic!

And so, life goes on...and we can keep on keeping on:

Gate 63:Line 3 - Continuance 'Exaltation: The dedication to the new beginning that insists on maintaining its achieved principles despite having to interact with those who have not attained such a state. Doubts that one can maintain one's principles when interacting with others.'
