Power vs. Force

It's Monday. May the 4th be with you.....(haha! A little Star Wars humor from me!)

This morning I woke up gently and realized that I was not ready to jump right into gardening, so I picked up the book I started yesterday afternoon.

It is beautiful and so full of wisdom, too...for instance, here's this gem:

"What is a teacher? I'll tell you: it isn't someone who teaches something, but someone who inspires the student to give of her best in order to discover what she already knows." Wow, huh?

Learning is supposed to be fun and enjoyable, a reminder of what we already know and need to bring forth - not force.

Did you see how I just brought things full circle?

Funny how word association goes, too, huh? I think of 'Force' and I think of 'Power'...which makes me think of Dr. David Hawkins' book: Power vs. Force. Have you read it? He has a chart of various emotions and their equivalent frequencies.

Here it is:

It's fascinating to see it laid out like this...

Where do you fit at any given moment of the day - or during any given interaction?

What would it take to up-level your frequency? Raise your vibration? Did you notice where joy was?

What would it take for you to realize that: what brings you joy is your power?

I'll finish with a quote from another great author, James A. Michener: "The master in the art of living makes little distinction between his work and his play, his labor and his leisure, his mind and his body, his information and his recreation, his love and his religion."
